Don’t get us wrong we love a good
beach, but since travelling through Canada we have fallen in love with
lakes! This Summer why not ditch the beach and spend the day at one of

10. Lake Nakuru, Kenya
At an elevation of
1754m above sea level, Lake Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley soda lakes
in Kenya. The lake’s abundance of algae attracts a vast amount of
flamingos making the lake famous for photographers.
